I teach breathing techniques in each of my mindfulness, yoga and meditation classes.

Inner healing yoga - suitable for everyone

The class is infused with ancient healing arts traditions and wisdom of Buddhist philosophy, each practice consists of mantras, vagus nerve activation, stretching, self-massage exercises, breath-work and meditation - to restore good health, strength and vitality. My role is to offer you tools and practices from the Thai Hermit Yoga tradition that facilitate your healing process and guide you on your path to wellness.

Why is this class so healing?

I am a PMMD survivor, and from my personal experience, I can say that yoga keeps me sane and healthy. I am a strong advocate for the healing power of yoga, especially Thai Hermit Yoga. I found that this style of yoga and breath-work relieves my symptoms and gives me tools to manage my depressed mood, low-energy, feeling overwhelmed, irritability and panic attacks. When combined with correct breathing, I really believe that yoga can heal us - on all levels of our being - mind, body and soul.
