Your feeling of worthiness or unworthiness dictates how much love, abundance, success, happiness and pleasure you will allow yourself to receive in your life. Sadly many people think that their self-worth is tied-up with what they do for a living, what they look like, their education, or what they have accomplished. But let me tell you that real worthiness doesn’t come from how much money you have in your bank account, how big your house is, how much stuff you own, your status, your achievements or your perception of the “ideal” body. Your sense of self-worth has nothing to do with what you do.
Your self-worth comes from who you are deep within yourself.
Having a high level of self-worth means knowing yourself like nobody else does. It means having an unshakable belief in yourself and your ability. It is to know your strengths and your weaknesses. It is to know what you are capable of doing and your ability to follow through and get things done.
Having a high level of self-worth means feeling worthy of only good things. Knowing that you deserve happiness, beauty, good health, wealth, abundance, success and lots of love – and to be ok with all the obstacles that life presents to you: the disappointments, knockdowns and failures you experience. And even people’s views and opinions of you.
Having a high level of self-worth means accepting who you are. Just as you are… with your flaws, weaknesses, and limitations. It is to know your values and what you bring and stand for in this world.
Having a high level of self-worth means to never, and I mean NEVER, let yourself be defined or labelled by people’s views and opinions. It means having 100% pure faith and confidence in yourself.
It means that whatever life throws at you, you are unshakable, unbreakable. And it is for you to know that nothing outside of your being can influence how you feel about yourself.
