I am a member of Mindfulness Now and can teach Mindfulness (MBSR or MBCT) in groups or as an individual.

Each session is practical, informative and transformative, and I will show you how to apply mindfulness to every area of your life, such as home, work and relationships. Practising mindfulness will transform your mindset and will enable you to lead a healthier, more satisfied and happier life.
