Mindfulness - individualised attention
Mindfulness means "awareness of the present moment." It is a state of mind that is present in the psyche of every human being. So basically, mindfulness is already in you.
Each session is practical, informative and transformative, and I will show you how to incorporate both formal and informal meditation techniques in your daily life to deal with managing stress, anxiety and suffering. Practising mindfulness will transform your mindset and will enable you to lead a healthier, more satisfied and happier life.
Does it work?
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy is recommended by The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) for the treatment of depression relapse. Mental Health Organisations such as MIND and the Mental Health Foundation also recognise the many benefits that Mindfulness may bring.
I am a member of Mindfulness Now and can teach Mindfulness (MBSR or MBCT) in groups or as an individual.

One-to-one mindfulness is suited for those who want anonymity or do not want to practice within a group format. Privacy and confidentiality are assured.
